DOH manual bending machine

DOH machines with manual operation are used for bending and longitudinal cutting of sheets from 1000 mm or 1250 mm wide spools. The bending machines are available in lengths of 3 m, 4 m, 6 m, and 8 m (2 operators are required for the 6 m and 8 m versions). The machine can process sheet thicknesses up to 1 mm with bending up to 150°. By bending the sheet metal to 150° and pressing between the jaws, a 180° bend can be made. The pressing jaw is manually operated from the front of the machine from any position using a handle. The amount of downward pressure can be adjusted. The pressing and bending jaws are weight compensated. The width of the cut metal sheet can be adjusted using tilting stops and the bending angle can be adjusted using an angle meter.

On request, the machine can be equipped with a rotary shear, allowing longitudinal cutting of the sheet metal over the entire working length up to a sheet thickness of 0.8 mm (380 MPa).

The machine has been designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind. Thanks to this, the required parameters for high-quality production, especially for construction tinsmiths, can be achieved at a low price. The machines with working lengths of 6 m or 8 m can easily be divided into two parts of 3 m or 4 m.

Thanks to the low weight and compact dimensions, the machines can easily be transported and installed even in hard-to-reach locations. Bending machines are used in the construction industry, e.g. for cladding of production halls, production of gutter flashings, windowsills, eaves, roof edge trims, etc. The machine works with a broad spectrum of material types. The machine processes materials such as aluminium, titanium-zinc, copper, and galvanised or plastic-coated (Viplanyl) sheets.

Warranty and post-warranty service is included as standard. The machine is affordable even for smaller companies.
