Unwinding device with TK-1250 rotary shear

The device is used for unwinding and cutting sheet metal from a spool. Typically, it is connected to various unwinding devices, or, if necessary, the device can be mounted directly on the benchtop. The sheet metal is guided from the spool between the unwinding rollers that pull the sheet metal from the spool. After the desired length of sheet metal has been unwound, the unwound section is cut using a rotary shear. The unwinding rollers can also be easily fitted with a rotary shear, and longitudinal cutting can also be carried out. The rollers are driven manually by a crank.

The downward pressure of the unwinding rollers can be adjusted and it is also possible to fully release the pressure using the lever for easier handling of the sheet metal.

The spool is led by guide rollers, preventing damage to the sheet metal edge.

On request, the device can be equipped with a length gauge that displays the current unwound length and the total unwound length.

The device is compatible with the bending machine.
