The CNC bending machine is based on a time-honoured design, improved with control electronics and intended for bending and cutting sheet metal spools.
The computer-controlled sheet metal bending machine can operate in two modes: manual and automatic. The bending angle, the pressure jaw operation, the back stop displacement, and the shear drive can be controlled. In automatic mode, the operation sequence can be programmed freely and intuitively.
Undeniable advantages include the reproducibility of the product bends, the minimal machine maintenance, and the ease of machine adjustment. The machine is fully operated electrically without the use of hydraulic components.
The machines are manufactured for 1250 mm wide spool sheets up to a sheet thickness of 1 mm (380 MPa). For aluminium sheets, the thickness is up to 1.5 mm.
The maximum bending angle for the bending bar is 150°. Larger bends can be made by pressing the programmable motor-controlled upper jaw, which can be set to any pressing height. The stroke of the upper pressing jaw is 140 mm.
The cutting of metal sheets, in combination with the sliding stops, is precise and efficient. The cutting length is programmable.
The machine is available in lengths of 3 m, 4 m, 6 m.
