KZ-2 rolling machine

The KZ-2 rolling machine is used for the production of classic gutters and on-roof gutters.

In the modified version, it is possible to roll gutters with pre-formed small-diameter beads.

The manually driven machine consists of two parts. The two parts of the machine can be connected together. In the rolling section, the metal sheets are first wound into a “U” shape, then a bead and back facing are created in the beading section. The bead size is 12 mm, 14 mm, and 16 mm. The machine can handle a wide range of materials of thicknesses up to 0.6 mm.

In combination with the ZL-1, the machine is also suitable for the production of two-metre-long downpipes.
