TK-1250 sheet metal unwinding and shortening machine
The equipment is intended for unwinding sheet metal from a sheet metal roll placed on any unwinding machine and for crosswise and, if required, lengthwise cutting of the sheet metal.
- Maximum roll width 1250 mm
- Maximum metal sheet thickness 0.8 mm
The machine design ensures precise positioning and guidance of the sheet metal.
The crosswise cutting is effected with the aid of rotary shears.
At customer's request the options as follows can be added to the machine:
digital length
measuring meter
rotary knives for
longitudinal cutting
support table for
unwound metal sheet
Examples of connection with the unwinding machine
The guidance is not sensitive to inaccuracies of roll width.
